It's a good place to enjoy, for every age group. Kids zone for kids below 7. And many games, activities including trampoline, shooting, lazer gun, bikes etc.
Important thing, they give entry with a card, it's mandatory to buy it and minimum recharge is Rs 2500. In this amount you will get only 2200 Rs. they give 300 Rs for some decided games such as bike, (not interesting at all). Another bad thing is the given time. Most of the games are just for 3 mins. Some are even for 90 seconds. I can't imagine how people could wait if crowded.
So keep in mind that you have to spend atleast 2500 Rs. If you can't spend that much, don't bring your kids here after just seeing their prices on net. Once kids will reach here, they will not let you go, and if you couldn't afford to spend that much, your kids will be disappointed.

The staff is very rude. no manners. Tickets are very expensive. For only 1 hour trampoline you have to pay 650rs also when we go trampoline was not fully and one side hole 🕳️ its not safe secondly every play thing start for 199 not much not variety but but vr is good its worth it of 199 must try .
Kat is so costly . The website is not telling the price also the number of website not giving proper response. My experience is not much good there.

Worst Experience Ever – Hip Up, Zirakpur (Kids Fun Area)
I had a terrible experience at Hip Up, Zirakpur. The entire child fun area was very dirty and unhygienic, which is completely unacceptable for kids. The prices are highly overpriced compared to the poor quality of services.
What shocked me the most was the rude and unprofessional staff—they have absolutely no manners and don’t know how to talk to customers.
I strongly suggest no one should visit this place, especially with children. Total waste of money and time.

Personal experience is below average, cleanliness is not great. After buying tickets, they inform certain rides/ slides are not functional. When it is empty hardly any kids, they don't allow both parents Inside with child( only one is allowed). Rule is understood when there is crowd and you want to control the rush and security. But with just 3 children in the whole play area....small request can be accepted. Staff is not understanding. Needs improvement to be empathetic.

Amazing! By far the best play park. We took a 2000k per child card you can play each game once with this. Enough for the entire day. For parents there is a cafeteria with ample amount of space. Safety features are top notch.

Very close to the airport , this place is a 3 floor amusement / Entertainment / arched game place for kids and adults alike.

2. Bowling (2nd floor) - lanes seem too narrow to be serious. Waiting on weekends and staff looks untrained . Frame is for 400.
3. Cricket and Shooting - 1st floor. 6 overs for 349, 3 overs 249.
4. Photobooth
The tickets in games are too less for games as u get only 8-12 tickets per game on an average . For that reason it’s not worth it for that. If you want to overspend this is the place , not bad but Games are too expensive .

We really wants to do alot activites but hey it's expensive 😫 but it's a nice place to enjoy. The kids will definitely like this place. Some are close but it's ok u can always do the other to pass times.

I did go-karting at Hop up and it was good. Petrol karts are fast. At first the track was tricky but got used to it after 1 lap. Paid around 2k for 10 minutes - 2 person

Had an amazing time at Hop Up Jaipur! The place is well-maintained with a professional and friendly staff. The crowd was great, creating a lively and fun vibe. What I loved the most is that there are lots of games for adults too, so you won’t get bored even if you’re there with kids. They also have a nice café where you can enjoy your favourite food and beverages. A perfect spot for a fun day out

I visite this place for the first time with my family. It's a great place to visit but seems little costly. We took day pass. In day pass, you do not get the tickets while you win any game.
The food was okay. But they take a lot of time to prepare 2 burgers. I got my order after 50 mins waiting and there was no huge rush at that very moment.
Go kart is not that good. It can be avoided if you want.
All in all, a good experience.

Great place .. variety of games.. VR games, adventure and what not.. Kid and adult friendly place.. Card recharge system and tockets collection to have excited gifts.. Bhoot bangla, Car racing, gaint slide, Claw machines and so on . Must visit place . Should definitely visit with friends/family.. Couldn't notice the passing time here ... no waiting and plenty of car parking...Must visit if going to Zirakpur side..

Finally we visited HopUp today & the first feeling,I had entering the main door was WOW. Yeah that big & spacious with different games, candy shop, snacks outlet with sitting arrangements. The trampoline area & kids zone was having a rush which I noted while being there for an hour. I made my kid enjoy the kids Zone area for ₹550. It has many things to do with a bigger area which was not in The Mad Street.
Yes rate is on the higher side but once in a while is worth especially the Kids Zone. Apart from it, other games minimum starting price was ₹129. I don't know about the maximum price. It was also neat & clean. AC & music with disco lights were amazing. Must visit..

I visited HopUp with my cousins on Friday. It was fun, no doubt. The staff members are really sweet and cooperative. But I would suggest visiting this place on the weekends cause more the people, more will be the fun!

They have a lot to experience, like the trampoline area, VR gaming area, children section, adventurous games section. You can visit the place with your friends and family and you will love the experience for you. They also have a go carting.
